(Please note we are very sorry but due to never ending price rises of electric being out of our control & also certain guests leaving heating & lighting on constant when going out, I’m afraid we have no alternative but to put electric £1 coin meters in the apartments, these are set to a minimum approx £1 to £3 a day depending on size of apartment & usage, it’s more to encourage guests to turn off before leaving the apartment)

Sorry but we do NOT take stag/hen or party type group bookings (anyone falsely booking these without informing us will be turned away without refund)

NO SMOKING – All our apartments are no smoking, there is a smoking area outside the front.

NO DRUGS – Illegal drugs of any kind will not be tolerated & anyone found with or smoking drugs will be asked to leave immediately & any drugs found on the premises will be disposed of.
